Demo Screen Printer Model MSP-485 with u-LIGN IV

The Model MSP-485 is designed to provide reliable performance, precision printing, and consistent, repeatable results. Standard features include the Mark III Torsion Bar Squeegee Head, Manual Adjusting Vacuum Lock XYq Stage Positioner, 12″ x 12″ ID Screen Frame Capacity, PLC machine control, programmable process delays and rigid design and construction for years of reliable service.

A PC based manual vision alignment system is available on this printer.  The U-Lign IV™ system offers four alignment methods including boundary tracking, full image overlay, adjustable dual crosshairs and adjustable ellipse. The U-lign IV™ also includes an Alignment Lock Out feature which requires precise operator alignment to the manager’s set tolerance prior to printing. The system includes a 20″ color monitor, two high resolution CCD cameras, optical mouse interface, image zoom, and measurement capabilities.

The demo machine is as new. It was used for demonstatrations on trade shows only. The printer can be delivered on short notice.
