Despatch’s LCC/LCD2-14 Clean Process Cabinet Ovens are designed to meet the demands of production and large scale R&D environments. A variety of tailored options are available to meet your specific needs. Typical applications for these ovens include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, depyrogenation, sterilizing and drying for life sciences. The ovens are configured for 50/60 Hz and available in all voltages used around the world. Where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC/LCD2-14 Series Cabinet Ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered.
The Despatch PCO2-14™ electrically heated oven was designed to meet the specific process requirements for hard baking polyimide coatings in an inert atmosphere. This high-performance, clean process oven (ISO Class 5/Class 100 recirculated airflow) offers many unique components, including a pressure relief system, an oxygen control system and a process monitoring system which allows the oven to achieve the strict oxygen level and atmospheric requirements involved in polyimide curing.

For production environment processes where minimal contamination is essential, the LCC and LCD Series benchtop ovens offer the highest standards in HEPA filtration. Re-circulated airflow is 100% HEPA filtered for operation at ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or better within the oven chamber. Also available in a non-HEPA filter option.
Typical applications for these ovens include die-bond curing and other semiconductor packaging processes, depyrogenation, sterilizing and drying for life sciences. The ovens are configured for 220-240 volts, 1 phase, 50-60 Hz. These units are stackable to save valuable floor space and provide maximum ergonomic efficiency for operators. The recirculation motor is mounted at the rear of the oven, providing convenient access and allowing up to three ovens to be stacked on top of one another, while still keeping loading heights ergonomically acceptable.
Despatch’s HEPA Filtered Conveyor Oven with vertical down airflow, HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered, conveyor oven utilizes a pressurized air distribution plenum to supply air outlet uniformity of ±2.8°C (±5°F). Oven provides extremely consistent and repeatable process results at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and at better than class 1000 cleanliness. A workhorse oven designed for the most demanding clean process requirements.
